FULL RECIPES BELOW (BASED ON 1100 WATT MICROWAVE) FUNFETTI MUG CAKE Yields 2 cakes  2 tablespoons (2oz/ 60g) unsalted butter 1 large egg 2 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar 6 tablespoons (50g/ 1 3/4 oz) self-rising flour ( to make SF flour add 2 tsp of baking powder to 150g/6oz/1 cup plain flour) tiny pinch of kosher salt 1. Place the butter in a large mug and microwave it for 20 to 30 seconds until melted.  2. Add the egg and whisk it in with a fork.  3. Stir in the milk, vanilla, and sugar.  4. Add the flour and salt.  Playdough Cookies from the Sit Girls PLAY DOUGH COOKIES 3/4 C butter 3 ounces cream cheese 1 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 t vanilla extract 2 and 3/4 C flour 1 t baking powder 1/4 t salt assorted food coloring (gel or paste works best) … 1. In a bowl cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. 2. In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir until soft dough forms. Divide dough into Fourths. Tint each with a different food coloring. Wrap in plastic and chill for two hours. (I stuck it in the freezer for 15 minutes because I hate to wait!) 3. Preheat oven to 350. Shape colors into 3/4 inch balls. For each cookie place one pink, one orange, one green, and one blue ball together and roll to make one giant ball. Pipe wreaths onto greased cookie sheet or baking tray using an open star tip. I used Wilton 1M but I think the lady in the video used a smaller one Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 7-8 min I baked at 170C for 9-10 mts. 200 degrees was too much for my oven. Leave to cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Transfer cookies into airtight container after cookies are at room temperature. It is very important to ensure all ingredients at room temperature. Using softened butter helps the ingredients to amalgamate very quickly. Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 1 egg 1 heaping tablespoon of   almond butter Instructions: Mash the bananas, add the egg and mix well. Stir in the almond butter, adding more than a tablespoon if you want a more pancake-like texture. Warm butter in a pan and pour batter into small cakes. Brown on each side and serve warm.

Blueberry Bacon Pancakes

Servings :   1 Prep Time :   5m Cook Time :   8m Ready In :   13m This recipe only serves one. But obviously you could double/triple/whatever it for more. I suggest using a crepe pan instead of the crap pan I used… but, unlike most times I make pancakes, this worked out well anyway. Very tasty!! Ingredients 40g of bacon (about 2 strips) 2 eggs 30g of coconut flour 30g of blueberries 3 tablespoons water Method Step 1 Chop up the bacon into pieces, not too small. I did them about 2cm pieces and cook it. Then take half out of the pan. Step 2 Mix the eggs, coconut flour, blueberries and water in a blender or whatever you use to mix up batter. Step 3 Pour half the batter into the pan over half the bacon and cook slowly and then flip when it starts browning around the edge. Step 4 Repeat with the rest of the bacon and batter. You might want to add a bit of coconut oil, or bacon fat before pouring in the batter on the second pancake. (The first pancake

Baked Pork Loin w/Apples n Scalloped Potatoes

Sear the Pork Loin in a little olive oil with Sliced apples, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme and Rosemarey. Then add a mix of Whole Grain Mustard, Apple Cider Vinegar and Apple Cider(I did equal parts mustard and vinegar then about a 1/2 a cup of apple cider) Directly over the top of the pork. Bake in the Oven at 350 for about 20 minutes a pound or till desired internal Temp is reached.... I take the lid off towards the end to really brown it up. I cheated this time on the Taters and got a box of Betty Crocker Scalloped, they were good! Baked apple on top of a bite of the pork...NO can Defense!!

Made this batch with Shrimp, Crab, Scallops, Clams, Mussels and Rock Fish. For the Base....you need a Can of Tomato paste, Big Can of Diced Tomatos, Chopped Garlic (I got the pre chopped) at least 5-6 cloves or a couple spoon fulls of the pre chopped, Basil, Bay Leafs, Lemon. Lime and White Wine... add a little or a lot of Cayenne as well if you like it spicy...I add a lot! Little olive oil in a big pot...medium heat...add garlic and Basil, Brown for 2 minutes....Add the can of Diced Tomato, let it cook for about 1 minute...add the can of Paste, Half a bottle of Wine, 1 lemon Squeezed in, 4-5 bay leafs , 4 cans of water ( use the big can from the diced tomatos)  and Season with Old Bay n Pappy's 50% less salt kind....bring to a boil. Wash the Seafood in a strainer, Chop this fish into big chunks. Add the Seafood into the boiling liquid. Let Boil for 10-12 minutes. Serve Immediately with a good French Baguette, wedge of lime and a salad! Bo

Beef Ribs on the Weber n Twice Baked Potatos

5lbs of coals on one side of the gril, sum Red oak pieces from the wood pile and a few apple wood chips...then place the ribs on the other side of the grill and cover....open every 45min to spray with beer... 2.5 hrs start to finish. So Good!  For the Twice baked I bake the tato's the first time and let them cool...scoop out the insides with out damaging the Skin, put all the scooped out potato into a bowl with mayo, Valentina, cayenne, salt n pepper. mix up...then mix in some shredded cheese....add mixture back to the skins and top with Green onion, Bacon, Lincuica and more cheese...bake at 400 for 10-15 till the cheese melts and gets a little brown. Beef Ribs, Linguica, Twice Baked, Grilled Asparagi and Salad....was tremendous!
