Banana and Egg pancakes

Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 1 egg 1 heaping tablespoon of   almond butter Instructions: Mash the bananas, add the egg and mix well. Stir in the almond butter, adding more than a tablespoon if you want a more pancake-like texture. Warm butter in a pan and pour batter into small cakes. Brown on each side and serve warm.

Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Ingredients: 1/2 C. Pure Pumpkin, Egg, 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Directions: Mix, cook, eat! Total Calories: 210 I topped these with a teaspoon of real maple syrup. And then I just couldn’t help it… I smeared a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter on them.

Sweet Potato Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients: 1/2 Sweet Potato, Egg, T. Peanut Butter. Directions: Mix, cook, eat. Total Calories: 210 I topped these babies with a teaspoon of real honey. They were so delicious and moist!

Blueberry Bacon Pancakes

Servings :   1 Prep Time :   5m Cook Time :   8m Ready In :   13m This recipe only serves one. But obviously you could double/triple/whatever it for more. I suggest using a crepe pan instead of the crap pan I used… but, unlike most times I make pancakes, this worked out well anyway. Very tasty!! Ingredients 40g of bacon (about 2 strips) 2 eggs 30g of coconut flour 30g of blueberries 3 tablespoons water Method Step 1 Chop up the bacon into pieces, not too small. I did them about 2cm pieces and cook it. Then take half out of the pan. Step 2 Mix the eggs, coconut flour, blueberries and water in a blender or whatever you use to mix up batter. Step 3 Pour half the batter into the pan over half the bacon and cook slowly and then flip when it starts browning around the edge. Step 4 Repeat with the rest of the bacon and batter. You might want to add a bit of coconut oil, or bacon fat before pouring in the batter on the second pancake. (The first pancake
