Cioppino

Made this batch with Shrimp, Crab, Scallops, Clams, Mussels and Rock Fish.

For the Base....you need a Can of Tomato paste, Big Can of Diced Tomatos, Chopped Garlic (I got the pre chopped) at least 5-6 cloves or a couple spoon fulls of the pre chopped, Basil, Bay Leafs, Lemon. Lime and White Wine... add a little or a lot of Cayenne as well if you like it spicy...I add a lot!

Little olive oil in a big pot...medium heat...add garlic and Basil, Brown for 2 minutes....Add the can of Diced Tomato, let it cook for about 1 minute...add the can of Paste, Half a bottle of Wine, 1 lemon Squeezed in, 4-5 bay leafs , 4 cans of water ( use the big can from the diced tomatos)  and Season with Old Bay n Pappy's 50% less salt kind....bring to a boil.

Wash the Seafood in a strainer, Chop this fish into big chunks.

Add the Seafood into the boiling liquid.

Let Boil for 10-12 minutes.

Serve Immediately with a good French Baguette, wedge of lime and a salad! Bottle of Tabasco to add extra heat if wanted...its wanted!!

Cioppinos can be made with any combonation of Seafood...the only thing I was missing was some Calamari N Tako....sometimes I will serve it with some angel hair pasta as well.
