Beef Ribs on the Weber n Twice Baked Potatos

5lbs of coals on one side of the gril, sum Red oak pieces from the wood pile and a few apple wood chips...then place the ribs on the other side of the grill and cover....open every 45min to spray with beer... 2.5 hrs start to finish. So Good!

 For the Twice baked I bake the tato's the first time and let them cool...scoop out the insides with out damaging the Skin, put all the scooped out potato into a bowl with mayo, Valentina, cayenne, salt n pepper. mix up...then mix in some shredded cheese....add mixture back to the skins and top with Green onion, Bacon, Lincuica and more cheese...bake at 400 for 10-15 till the cheese melts and gets a little brown.

Beef Ribs, Linguica, Twice Baked, Grilled Asparagi and Salad....was tremendous!
