Churros (Spanish Donuts)



Ingredients
500 ml water
500 gram flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs


In a saucepan, add salt, baking powder, olive oil and water, then turn on to middle heat until dissolved and bubbling
With heat off, add flour until combined to a dough
Let dough rest for 15 mins until warm, not hot
Add 2 eggs, one at a time as you mix with dough
Put dough in piping bag or roll dough
Fry in oil until golden brown
